1st : Do not feed the gossip If you think for a firm to hard work, it's probably not alone. The workplace is the worst place to hear gossip and negativity. You do not want anything, because your employees do not want to talk to you, or do you go to a manager and tell them what's going on. The best thing you can do is ignore it. Gossip and negativity may seem a bad situation worse and reduce mood during office hours.
2nd : In general, it is the customer-Every company has a customer or client base, which must correspond with their achievements. If you do not want to work for the company or your boss have to do is try for the customer to do your needs. It can not be seen directly, but are glad to have someone to do something for them. Consider working with other companies in your company to do things. Are not you glad you do not need all these things, you well?
3rd : Find other-If you really hate your job a lot, it's time for a change. Underline the old record again and send it to a few potential employers.
